(You will not be asked to put prices on anything) The system will be audited and an audit calculation and system calculation will be completed. We will conclude by reviewing each system TO HAND IN At the end of the Project please hand in: Working copy of design with radius of sprinklers Original Design (with sized piping, head placement, valve manifold indicated, a legend and General Notes) As - built design ( if different) Friction loss calculation to worse case head ( show calculations) Material take off ( no prices) Audit setup Audit calculations x 2 (show calculations) System Operating Calculation Specifications All trenches must be level at the bottom. Use common trenches as much as possible All threaded fittings except swing joints and dura fittings must be Teflon taped 1 oetiker clamp is to be used at each end of each fitting All turf sprinklers must be installed on a prefabricated swing joint All heads must be flush with the existing landscape. All pipe in the turf zones on the sprinkler side of the valve must be ¾” 1404 PE 75 psi All pipe between the POC and the valves must be 1” 1404 PE 75 psi. Controllers are to be wired with 18 gauge 6 strand multi-strand wire. 316IR water proof connectors are to be used on all wire connections. Sites must be kept clean , all large tools removed at the end of each day. Safety tape around the project. All construction material must be removed from the site after install.
